Revolted Drive Privacy Policy

Battery and location
Bluetooth reads compatible battery telemetry. The free battery check on the purchase screen connects briefly, shows one reading, then disconnects; the app remembers only which battery type worked. Location supplies speed, trip distance and trip statistics, maps, directions, weather, and Fun Run times. Battery nicknames, theme preferences, learned range, Reaction Cam videos, and the recent battery log are stored on your device. The battery log can contain GPS speed and heading alongside battery measurements.
Apple services
Apple Maps and WeatherKit process location or destination requests to provide their services. If you enable voice destination entry, Apple's speech-recognition service may process microphone audio. Apple handles purchases and payment information; the app reads verified purchase entitlements to unlock access. These services are subject to Apple's privacy policy. We do not sell personal information. Revolted Drive contains no Google Maps SDK, advertising SDK, or developer analytics SDK.
Recording and sharing
Camera and microphone access is used for recordings you start. A recording indicator is shown while capture is active. Recording stops when you leave its screen or the app enters the background. Reaction Cam videos are saved privately on this device and can be shared or deleted from the Videos screen. A video is added to your photo library only if you choose Save; that requires your permission. Dashboard screen recordings use the system preview; save or share them before closing that preview. The app does not automatically upload recordings or battery reports. Sharing opens the system share sheet or a mail draft; you choose whether to send and to whom.
Support information
If you email us for support or choose to send a battery log to us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to include. We use that information to investigate and respond to your request. Do not include information you do not want to share. Support correspondence is retained while needed for your request or applicable recordkeeping obligations; request deletion by emailing boatbroker@gmail.com.
Retention and deletion
The recent battery log holds up to 20,000 samples and can be cleared in Details. Reaction Cam videos remain on your device until you delete them in Videos or remove the app. Local files may be included in backups controlled by your operating-system settings. Saved or shared copies outside the app must be deleted from their destination separately. You can remove battery nicknames and reset learned range in the app. Removing the app removes its local files and preferences; a device-only integrity key created by earlier versions may remain in the Keychain and contains no personal data.
Earlier-version data
Earlier versions may have stored driver names, personal-best records and signed run archives. This version does not load or migrate that history at startup or create new run reports. Existing files are preserved until you choose to delete them. Open Privacy & Support > Earlier-version data to export or delete them. Exported files may contain driver names, locations and battery readings; review them before sharing. Motion sensors are no longer used by Reaction Cam.
Your choices
You can revoke camera, microphone, speech, Bluetooth, and location permissions in iOS Settings. Denying a permission disables related functionality, not unrelated screens. Voice listening is opt-in and stops when navigation closes or the app enters the background. Background location is used only during active navigation and shows the system location indicator. Purchases are one-time and are restored through your Apple Account.
Safety and accuracy
GPS speed, trip statistics, Fun Run times and battery range are estimates. Automobile directions do not establish golf-cart road eligibility; check local access rules, signs, and vehicle requirements. Fun Run is a casual 0–25 mph timer for private property; stay within posted limits. Set up the device while stopped, never handle it while driving, and obtain every rider's consent before recording with Reaction Cam.
